METOD: Zamana dayalı kalp hızı değişkenliği analizi, orta serebral arter OSA enfarktı olan 22 hasta ve yaş ve cinsiyet uyumlu 15 sağlıklı kontrolde ve tilt testi sırasında frekansa dayalı kalp hızı değişkenliği analizi ise Doğu yüksek tansiyon OSA enfarktı olan hastada yapıldı.
